Terms & Conditions
1. The promotion is open to UK, CI & IoM residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the draws, plus all third parties.
2. Internet access is required. How to enter: To enter visit www.pizzaristorante.co.uk and enter the unique code found on the inside of your pack.
3. Hourly draws run during the hours 8am to 8pm from Monday 13th June 2011 until Sunday 2nd October 2011 inclusive. Entries will be included in the next available hourly draw. Early entries will be accepted and will be included in the 1st hourly draw.
4. Hourly Draw Prizes: Alessi Kitchenware: There are 1344 Alessi Kitchenware items to be won (1 an hour during the hours 8am to 8pm from Monday 13th June 2011 until Sunday 2nd October 2011 inclusive) consisting of: 532 pizza plate and cutlery sets, 532 corkscrew, bottle caps and plastic wine cooler sets and 280 stainless steel wine coolers.
5. Late draw entries will be accepted from Monday 3rd October 2011 after 8pm until midnight Sunday 30th October 2011 inclusive.
6. At the end of the promotion all valid non-winning entries including all valid late draw entries will be entered into a draw to win any previously unclaimed Alessi Kitchenware prizes.
7. At the end of the promotion all valid entries into the hourly draws (winning and non-winning) plus all valid late draw entries will be entered into a final draw to win 1 of 5 Trips to Italy.
8. Trip Prizes: There are 5 x Trips to be won. Each trip is for up to 2 people to Rome, Italy, consisting of: return flights, airport transfers, 3x Nights in 4* accommodation on a B&B basis, evening city tour and dinner, travel Insurance and €235 spending money issued in Euros. Excludes travel over Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays. At least one traveller must be aged 18 years or over. Trips must be taken during March to August 2012.
9. Please note images are only a likeness of actual prizes, and are subject to change.
10. No cash or other alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter the prizes will only be available to the winners in person.
11. Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision. All winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the close of each draw.
12. Alessi Kitchenware prizes will be automatically posted to the winner within 28 days of the draw they have won using the name and address details supplied on entry. After entry winners’ name and address details cannot be updated or replaced.
13. Trip winners must respond to their winners’ email within 28 days or their prize entitlement will be withdrawn and the promoter will award that prize to a reserve, drawn at the end of the promotion. Trip prizes will be awarded within 28 days of receiving the winner’s response email.
14. There will be no cash alternative in whole or in part offered for either the Alessi Kitchenware or Trip parts of this promotion.
15. By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; any breach of these Terms and Conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.
16. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
18. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
19. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters shall be final, and no other correspondence will be entered into.
