Q1. Which packs is the promotion featured on?
A.  The promotion is featured on Ristorante packs featuring the ‘Italy’s Best Loved’ promotional flash.

Q2.  Who can enter the promotion?
A. The promotion is open to UK, CI & IoM residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the draws, plus all third parties.

Q3. How do I enter?
A. Find your 12-digit unique code on the inside of your promotional pack of Ristorante. Need help finding this?

If you’re a winner we will send you an email and publish your details on our Winners page.

Hourly draws run during the hours 8am to 8pm from Monday 13th June 2011 until Sunday 2nd October 2011 inclusive. For the duration of the promotion, entries received after 8pm will be entered in the next available hourly draw.

Q4. Where do I find my unique code and what is it?
A. Your unique code can be found printed on the inside front panel of your box. Click here to see where to find your code. This code is unique
to your Dr. Oetker Ristorante pack, and will allow you 1 entry into the ‘Italy’s Best Loved’ promotion.

Q5. My code is missing what should I do?
A. If you have bought "Italy's Best Loved" promotional pack of Ristorante pizza and your code isn’t inside the box, please double check by opening the box fully. If you are still unable to find your code, please get in touch using the Contact Us page, stating where and when you bought your pack and we’ll resolve this as soon as possible for you.

Q6. My code isn’t being accepted?
A. If your code is not recognised when you enter it on the site, you will be given another opportunity to re-enter your code. If your code is still appearing as invalid, please double check that the code is correct and you haven’t used it before. If that doesn't work, please get in touch using the Contact Us page, quoting your on-pack promotional code. Don’t forget to keep your promotional packaging handy, until we respond.

Q7. Do I need to keep the original pizza pack and my till receipt?
A. Packs and till receipt will not always be requested to redeem a prize but please keep somewhere safe until you‘ve recieved your prize, just in case Dr. Oetker need as proof of purchase.

Q8. When will the promotion end?
A. Hourly draws run during the hours 8am to 8pm from Monday 13th June 2011 until Sunday 2nd October 2011. Late draw entries will be accepted from Monday 2nd October 2011 after 8pm until midnight Sunday 30th October 2011 inclusive.
At the end of the promotion all valid non-winning entries including all valid late draw entries will be entered into a draw to win any previously unclaimed Alessi Kitchenware prizes. At the end of the promotion all valid entries into the hourly draws (winning and non-winning) plus all valid late draw entries will be entered into a final draw to win 1 of 5 Trips to Italy.

Q9. What are the prizes?
A. Hourly Draw Prizes: There are 1344 Alessi Kitchenware items to be won
(1 an hour during the hours 8am to 8pm from Monday 13th June
2011 until Sunday 2nd October 2011 inclusive) consisting of:
Prize 1: 532 pizza plate and cutlery sets
Prize 2: 532 corkscrew, bottle caps and plastic wine cooler sets
Prize 3: 280 stainless steel wine coolers.
Hourly draw prizes will be allocated to winners at random.
 
Trip Prizes: There are 5 x Trips to be won. Each trip is for up to 2 people to Rome, Italy, consisting of:
• Return flights
• Airport transfers
• 3x Nights in 4* accommodation on a B&B basis
• Evening city tour and dinner
• Travel Insurance
• €235 spending money issued in Euros
Excludes travel over Christmas, New Year, Easter and bank holidays. At least one traveller must be aged 18 years or over. Trips must be taken during March to August 2012.

Q10. What happens if I am a winner?
A. All winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the close of each draw.

Alessi Kitchenware prizes will be automatically posted to the winner within 28 days of the draw they have won using the name and address details supplied on entry. After entry winners’ name and address details cannot be updated or replaced.

Trip winners must respond to their winners’ email within 28 days or their prize entitlement will be withdrawn and the promoter will award that prize to a reserve, drawn at the end of the promotion. Trip prizes will be awarded within 28 days of receiving the winner’s response email.

Q11. I have won but have not received my email to confirm this?
A. Sorry you haven’t received your confirmation email. In some rare instances emails may be caught in Junk/Spam filters so if you think you have won but haven't heard from us, please check your junk mail first. If there is no email from us, please get in touch using the Contact Us form.

Q12. I have received my prize but it’s faulty/damaged
A. We apologise in advance for any disappointment caused. In order to be able to investigate and resolve any issues as quickly as possible please get in touch using the Contact Us form and we will be in touch as soon as we can to resolve this. Please allow 14 days from receipt for us to respond.

Q13. How long can I buy promotional packs for?
A. Promotional packs are expected on shelf from June to July, while stocks last.

Q14. Where can I buy Ristorante pizzas?
A. Tesco, Sainsbury’s ASDA, Morrisons, The Co-op, Waitrose and some convenience and independent stores.

Q16. How many times can I enter?
A. You can enter once for every promotional pack you buy. The more packs you buy, the greater chance you have of winning.

A. Absolutely, always. We do not pass on your information to third parties.

A. You will need to have Adobe Flash installed to get maximum enjoyment from the animations and other interactivity on the website.
